By accessing and using Expert Expedition's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Expert Expedition provides guided adventure travel and expedition services worldwide. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Guided mountain climbing expeditions
• Desert and wilderness adventures
• Arctic and polar region expeditions
• Custom adventure travel planning

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and full payment according to our payment schedule. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 90+ days before departure: 75% refund
• Cancellations 60-89 days: 50% refund
• Cancellations 30-59 days: 25% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund

5. Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must meet specific fitness requirements and provide medical clearance for certain expeditions. Failure to disclose health conditions may result in trip cancellation without refund.

6. Risk and Liability

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and participate at their own responsibility. Expert Expedition maintains comprehensive insurance but participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow guide instructions at all times
• Respect local customs and environments
• Maintain appropriate behavior
• Use provided safety equipment properly

8. Force Majeure

Expert Expedition is not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
